As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for dealership guests, playing a pivotal role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. Your primary responsibilities include greeting customers, managing incoming calls, and representing the company with professionalism and warmth. Additionally, you will assist daily as a backup for the Service/Parts Cashier, processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities Warmly greet and welcome guests, directing them to the appropriate department or individualManage and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring calls are answered, screened, and transferred appropriatelyProvide accurate and relevant information to customers over the phoneAssist the Sales and Administrative teams with light clerical dutiesProvide backup support for the Cashier position, as neededMaintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring necessary supplies are readily available.Safeguard the confidentiality of company matters and adhere to all company policies and procedures.Qualifications and Requirements

A professional demeanor and appearance, with excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.Strong time management abilities and a coachable attitude.A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and at least three years of driving experience (or a minimum age of 21).A high school diploma or equivalent education.Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
