Job summary
The Receptionist/Human Resources Clerk will provide clerical assistance to the Human Resources department.Responsibilities include handling data entry, assisting with recruiting, testing, and filing.Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline and at least two years of experience.

Responsibilities
• Answer switchboard and connect callers• Sort, distribute, and process mail• Provide administrative assistance to HR and other departments• Prepare lobby area and greet visitors• Maintain office supplies and bulletin boards• Track and maintain employee time cards• Process new hires and terminated employees• Perform general office duties• Maintain and update HR database
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline• Minimum of two years experience in related field• Strong communication, analytical abilities, and organization skills• General knowledge of Adobe applications, Microsoft Office, and Lotus Notes• Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred
