Client Overview:

Our client, a national leader in healthcare, is looking to hire a Receptionist for their local clinic.
This company's mission is to provide personalized patient care while supporting the growth and success of their employees.


Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20/hr

Position Overview:

The Receptionist plays a crucial role, serving as the first point of contact for patients and staff.
They will ensure a smooth operation at the front desk and manage various administrative tasks.
The schedule is as follows: Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.


Responsibilities of the Receptionist: Greet patients and ensure they are checked in properly.
Work with patients directly to collect and verify insurance documentation.
Make outbound phone calls to schedule upcoming appointments.
Maintain office inventory levels.
Report directly to the Provider onsite and ensure that all patients have a seamless experience.
Qualifications for the Receptionist: Multitasker and must be able to work well under high pressure.
Prior experience in a healthcare setting is highly desired.
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
Friendly and approachable demeanor is a must!
Education Requirements: High school diploma is required.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
