We have a history of providing our clients with successful results and impeccable customer service. Role Description This is a part-time, Receptionist role located in Corona, CA. The Receptionist will be responsible for daily phone answering, clerical tasks, and general receptionist duties such as greeting visitors and managing the reception area. Qualifications Phone etiquette, communication, and customer service skills Experience with receptionist duties and clerical skills such as data entry and filing Ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
