A prestigious Private Equity firm in West LA is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Front Desk Assistant to join their team.
As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to the overall office atmosphere.
This firm values the Front Desk Assistant as an integral team member, setting the tone for the professional and welcoming environment they pride themselves on.
100% in-office role located in West Los Angeles. Competitive salary of $65k to $70k+ DOE, with potential bonus and excellent benefits. Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet and assist all visitors, creating a positive first impression.
• Answer and screen incoming calls, directing inquiries as appropriate.
• Coordinate conference room bookings and assist in preparing meetings and events.
• Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, office supplies, and facility maintenance.
• Support the planning and organization of office events and gatherings.
• Provide additional administrative support and assist with various projects as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum of 1 year of front desk or administrative experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and anticipate needs.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a "can-do" mindset, fostering a cheerful and professional environment.
