The Receptionist maintains the high standards of support our clients and customers expect, while fostering a positive and interactive presence. He/She provides excellent customer service and is a brand ambassador. The Receptionist welcomes visitors, clients, and employees to our corporate campus and ensures there is a strong focus on the guest experience. He/she provides clerical and administrative support to our office. Job Responsibilities Greeting: Provide access, welcome visitors and guests, and direct them to the appropriate person or office; maintain visitor logSecurity: Complete security procedures such as issuing badges or visitor passesAnswering phones: Answer and direct phone calls to the correct department or employee Handling mail: Receive, sort, and deliver mail, packages, and courier deliveries Maintaining records: Keep office records up to date, and perform basic filing and recordkeeping Providing customer service: Respond to customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner, and handle customer grievances Maintaining the reception area: Keep the reception area and common areas clean and tidy Ordering supplies: Order, receive, sort, store, and distribute office supplies and equipment Administration: Perform administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms or arranging transportation; provide back-up for clerical projects Job Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 3+ years of experience in a receptionist or similar role, ideally in a corporate environment Experience with customer support tools such as Intercom, Zendesk, or similar platforms is a plusExperience in social media management or community engagement is highly desirableFamiliarity with ticketing systems is preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills are requiredStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essentialAbility to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentEmpathy and patience when dealing with customer issuesProficiency in social media platforms and community engagement strategiesComfortable using various digital communication tools and platformsAbility to learn and adapt to new software and technologies quickly Compensation: Salary, Comprehensive Benefits Package.
