Akkodis is seeking a Records Specialist for a 3 Months contract position with a client located in New York NY 10020.
Ideally looking for applicants with maintenance of data, records, and files comes as a big plus.
Job Title : Records Specialist Location : New York NY 10020 (Potential for Conversion to FTE: Yes) Duration : 3 Months Pay Range - $22/hr on W2 (without benefits) Work Schedule: 8:30-5:30 or 9-5:30 Training Schedule: 8:30-5:30 or 9-5:30 Required Skills: Provide maintenance of data, records, and files necessary to provide servicing to the assigned client team or department.
This position will perform duties as a specialist relating to the implementation, and management of all aspects of document control and records management throughout the information lifecycle for physical or electronic records.
Possess a minimum of 2 years experience in a professional office environment working in a file or records clerk capacity.
Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
Previous experience in a client service-oriented field.
