Recovery Administration Coordinator

The purpose of this job is to provide administrative support to the recovery staff and manager and insure the efficient operation of the department . Provide support to recovery staff to increase effectiveness and efficiency of all recovery efforts Manage Special Assets Vendor Management process Create and implement special projects as designed by Management focused on Recovery and Recovery workflow Balance Recovery General Ledger (Loan Loss Reserve) and prepare reports for audit purposes Process and Balance all Charge offs Credit Bureau Reporting E-Oscar and Credit Bureau Disputes Balance and report on all Clearing accounts used by Special Assets Recovery Group Manage Special Assets Probate Finders Provide training as needed Perform additional duties as assigned. High School Diploma or GED Four years of book keeping/accounting related experience
Analytical skills PC Skills Experience with ledger debits and credits Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to review and revise operational workflow Ability to work with little supervision Preferred: Four year degree in a business related field Knowledge of collection process and operations preferred
