Our Recovery (Sales or Healthcare Billing) Specialists make a difference by recovering overpayments from providers.
This requires a collaborative, assertive, persistent, sales-closing approach while overcoming obstacles for payment of the overpayment.
This role owns the process and manages cases with efficiency and exceptional time management.
We are a production environment with metrics of a minimum of 30 calls per day, touching / advancing 30 cases per day, and bringing in payment received of $45,000 per month.
We offer a bonus structure for exceeding monthly goals!
Previous sales experience or healthcare billing required.
This position is located in Farmers Branch, TX 75244 and is 100% in-person.
