Part-time position in the Women's Unit of Adult Residential ProgramWorking Saturdays and SundaysProviding consumer-driven services and promoting recovery model of treatment

Responsibilities
• Share personal recovery journey for the benefit of others• Facilitate self-directed recovery• Refer and link consumers to community resources• Attend meetings and consumer staffings• Help develop programs• Ensure a safe and sanitary living environment• Answer calls and messages, receive and distribute mail• Observe video surveillance equipment• Promote recovery model of treatment• Demonstrate skills in human services and services to adults
Requirements
• At least 21 years old• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent• Personal experience with recovery process and willingness to discuss it• Demonstrated skills in human services and services to adults• Ability to work within organizational structure• Ability to accept supervision• Ability to work constructively with consumers, treatment resources, and the community• Valid driver's license, private auto insurance, and be insurable• Basic computer skills including MS Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and an electronic medical record• Recovery experience is preferred
