Responsibilities
• Full lifecycle recruitment of Personal Care Assistants/Certified Nursing Assistants• Advertising and postings• Building local relationships• Phone screening and interviews• ATS management• Onboarding and hiring• Developing a successful recruitment strategy• Supporting on-call as needed• Distributing paychecks and assisting with employee files• Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
• High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent preferred• 1+ year experience in recruiting preferred• Proficient with MS Office and MS Teams• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Works collaboratively with others
