We recruit Drivers who specialize in delivering lifesaving medical supplies across thirteen (13) states. We offer our clients and drivers top-notch customer service. As a Recruiter Coordinator, you will be partnering with our recruiting leaders to assist in meeting the company's growth needs and recruiting the best drivers for our clients. What does a Recruiter Coordinator do? Recruiter responsibilities include posting job ads, evaluating applications, screening candidates, providing our client's qualified drivers, overseeing daily office activities, and checking finished work. Check us out: Full Time Day Shift: Monday through Friday 8am- 5pm. (Onsite Role). Hourly Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour. Requirements: 2 years' experience in a Recruiter Coordinator role with strong system/software and customer service experience required. 2 years' experience working with any Recruiting Applicant Tracking System, or Onboarding Systems, or Sales Systems, or Transportation Management Systems. Strong administration skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and competing priorities. Advanced experience level working with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Job Boards, and Postings). Experience working in a fast-paced professional environment. (Logistics preferred). Clear, concise, and effective communication skills. Superb conflict resolution skills. Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Education Requirement: Bachelor degree: Business, Management, Leadership, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field is strongly preferred but not required.
