We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our team!
As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in finding and attracting compassionate, skilled professionals who share our commitment to providing exceptional care and support.
This is a hybrid position with semi regular travel to Southern Maine and New Hampshire. Responsibilities: Source and recruit qualified candidates for various positions within our organization.
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive recruiting experience.
Assist with the marketing of Living Innovations' programs and services both in assigned communities and at company events.
Submit required documents and reports to supervisor as requested.

Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years' experience in this or related position in a social service or healthcare setting.
Experience and knowledge of IDD related services preferred.
Must pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies.
