A client in Berry Hill is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join the Human Resources team on a temporary basis to assist for a maternity leave.
This role will last 12-13 weeks.
The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying candidates to fill two hiring pre-service academy classes.
This role will primarily focus on recruiting transportation officers with additional ad hoc openings as needed.
This role requires exceptional prioritization skills, management of high-volume applications, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Full cycle recruitment process; managing the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
