Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. or 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (Flexible schedule option based on performance)
Responsibilities: Support candidates throughout the interview and initial onboarding process, serving as a liaison during recruitment.Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified applicants for onboarding.Ensure thorough documentation completion and keep candidates informed during onboarding.Facilitate clear communication among all company departments. Necessary Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.Demonstrated telephone etiquette.Strong time management abilities.Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.Problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
