Location: This is an on-site position located in Omaha, NE. This role might also require some occasional travel to some of our contractor sites, potentially once or twice a year. As a Recruiter, you will:Partner with our contractors to understand their hiring needs and requirements.Craft compelling job postings that are designed to attract the best candidates for each role.Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods, from job boards to networking events. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates.Coordinate and schedule initial interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Build strong pipelines for current and future job openings.Stay updated on market and industry trends, as well as best practices in recruitment.Measure recruiting activity and keep hiring managers in the loop.Adhere to federal and state employment laws for interviewing and hiring candidates. Education and Experience:3-5+ years of recruiting experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Experience with various applicant tracking systems (we currently use JazzHR).Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not required.
