WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Recruiter who will support talent acquisition for various lines of business and locations within WIN Waste.
This dynamic role will assist the TA Team in developing, implementing and driving recruitment strategies to source and recruit highly qualified candidates across our facilities.
The Recruiter will partner with Hiring Managers and lead the full cycle recruitment process for entry level and manager level positions.
What You'll Do: Assist with the recruitment process for the organization which involves recruiting for facilities across multiple statesCreate and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to source candidates and/or build talent pool for current and future needsPartner with hiring managers to set expectations, recommend processes around interviewing and hiringConduct role briefing and expectations with hiring managers and set expectations for the recruitment processFacilitate the end-to-end recruitment process; including submission of requisitions, recruit/source, scheduling interviews, candidate selection and facilitating pre-employment for new hiresWork with the medical department to coordinate all new hire on-boarding pre-employment physicalsEffectively execute targeted sourcing via phone and online tools to identify and engage qualified passive candidatesBuild strategic relationships with local professional groups and affinity organizationsSupport, challenge and drive best practice at each stage of the recruitment processEnsure all recruiting metrics/ KPI's are consistently metWork closely with Recruiting Manager and HR Managers to resolve issuesAbility to travel to facilities and or career fairs to promote the businesses hiring needsMaintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.
