Department Statement: The Recruitment team is responsible for actively seeking out, finding and hiring candidates for a specific position or role at Filevine. We not only seek out talent but oversee the entire hiring process, from role opening to the new hires orientation to the company.  Job Summary Filevine is seeking an experienced Recruiter to oversee all aspects of recruiting operations and candidate experience. A successful candidate will be extremely organized, goal oriented and flexible as you will be working with departmental heads in their recruiting needs. We are looking for someone that is dependable, hard-working, and driven. You will own sourcing, screening, scheduling and hiring talent with the goal to fulfill the company's hiring needs. 
\n ResponsibilitiesKeep all job postings up to dateSource candidates, both actively and passively, via LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and other platformsActively participate in regular meetings and impromptu communication with hiring managers, department leads and other stakeholders within the companyManage ATS to keep pipeline current and accurateSchedule multiple interviews weekly with candidates and hiring managerCoordinate all details that are involved with the interviewing processOwn recruiting process for 10+ roles at any given timeFollow up with managers after the interview to keep applicants up to dateFlexible in working with a wide range of personalities and preferences Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline through ongoing relationship management and proactive market researchBuild and adapt sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals for experienced candidatesSupport the overall hiring goals of the company by participating in special projects to improve the recruiting process as a wholeAssist in designing, building and executing process improvement projects to drive operational efficiencies and employee experienceWork cross-functionally with central teams to ensure Filevine offers candidates the best experience and provide your team with the tools, resources and support needed to achieve these goals QualificationsMust be able to work full-time and onsite in Salt Lake City, UTExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field3-5 years relevant experienceRecruiting experience in SaaS, Fintech, Legal, etc is preferredPrior experience in a recruiting agency is preferredMust be organized and a self-starterThorough understanding of HR policies and best practicesExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems, Job Boards and LinkedIn RecruiterAbility to work independently and drive results with minimal directionThrives in an agile, rapidly changing environmentHands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checksAbility to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)
