What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Source and contact potential candidates through various recruitment methods
Conduct phone screens to assess candidate skills and qualifications
Schedule in-person interviews with leadership team
Prepare offer details and facilitate handoff to onboarding team
Develop and maintain candidate pipeline for future staffing needs
Maintain requisition and candidate data in applicant tracking system
Update and maintain job postings in iCIMS
Manage a high volume of open positions to meet hiring quotas
Build strong relationships with internal customers and peers
Assist in creating a ready pipeline of quality candidates for future openings
What Is Required (Qualifications)
2-4 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or staffing environment
ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates, preferably iCIMS
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
Experience managing recruitment for multiple regions or high volume of requisitions
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in behavioral health services or related field
Knowledge of autism and special needs
Experience with remote recruitment and virtual hiring events
