We are currently looking for an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to join our operations team at our client site located in Canonsburg, PA. This person will work directly with the Operations Manager to support the daily operations of the facility.
The ideal candidate must be a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, possess a strong attention to detail, and have the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.
Shift Hours: 8:30am-5pm (must be able to flex some days to cover additional shifts) Pay - $50-55K Job Responsibilities:Assist in the sourcing and recruiting of facility associates.Assist with Employee Relations conflicts, situations, investigations when they arise.Promote employee engagement through continual interaction with employees on a daily basis.Field inbound communications - Answer phone calls/general email inquiries and route to the appropriate internal parties as needed.Coordinate scheduling - Set up meetings based on cross-functional availability for both internal and external stakeholders.Organize internal resources - Build out and maintain processes to keep files and office supplies organized and easily accessible.Liaise with visitors - Act as point person for office guests.Communicate policies and procedures - Alert employees of new processes, rules and regulations.Proficiency with Time Keeping Systems and VMS - prefer experience with use of VMS' and time keeping systems.Additional duties as assigned.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.1+ years prior recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.Previous HR experience in a manufacturing or distribution center environment.Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Positive, high-energy attitude.Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set.Familiarity with office equipment (i.e. printers, fax machines, projectors).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint).
