Sands Investment Group (SIG), one of the nation's top commercial real estate firms, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic and collaborative company headquarters in Charleston, SC. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual pursuing a career in Corporate Recruiting. The Recruiting Coordinator will partner with the Recruiting Department to exceed annual corporate growth and hiring objectives for Commercial Investment Sales Brokers, Capital Market Advisors, and management. The role will focus on hiring positions across our 10 national offices and beyond. This versatile position will assist with the full life-cycle in-house recruitment and onboarding processes.
Gain hands-on, full life-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, fun, and collaborative work environmentFilter resumes received by SIGCoordinate meetings and phone interviews in conjunction with the recruiting department and corresponding officesUtilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to engage candidates for a variety of sales, leadership, and operational openings; additionally, publish and manage job postings within our ATSLearn how to articulate to candidates, both passive and active, what makes SIG unique in the commercial real estate space; maintain a "white glove" experience for candidates throughout the recruiting and onboarding processOwn the recruitment process from the initial phone screen to offerManage the onboarding of new hires and first-day experienceParticipate in Recruiting Team meetings with Management and Hiring ManagersWork with the Recruiting Team and Leadership in planning and executing all recruitment-related eventsCoordinate and attend college career fairs and any additional university recruiting eventsAssist with the organization of proprietary recruitment data and reportingTrack recruiting department KPIs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadenceBe trained and mentored in making outbound calls to prospective hires within the commercial real estate industry 2-4 years of experience in a professional office environment—ideally in corporate recruiting or at a search firmProficiency in technology (Google Apps/Docs, Microsoft); ATS or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience is a plusExcellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to build quick rapport internally and externallyA high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to focus and execute tasks proactively and independentlyThe desire to perform and work within a team environment in a fast-paced environmentA drive to grow both personally and professionally Sands Investment Group is a commercial real estate brokerage firm that specializes in the buying and selling of net lease properties for private investors and institutions across the United States.
