As one of the first contacts candidates make, the Recruiting Coordinator ensures candidates have a welcoming and positive experience. This role administers our talent acquisition program by helping us meet the ongoing recruiting needs of our 20+ offices. Beyond the standard recruiting process, we're looking for a creative individual motivated to expand our reach and success by uncovering new and diverse candidate pipelines and identifying valuable recruiting events and opportunities. This position is based in our Walnut Creek Corporate Office, and a hybrid work arrangement is available.
\n Responsibilities Review candidate materials and conduct phone interviews, update information and keep data integrity in our applicant tracking system. Provide support for and participate in recruiting events and professional/college career fairs as needed Ensure candidates are moving quickly through the recruiting process Alongside hiring managers, efficiently and effectively fill open positions with qualified candidates Supply training and resources to office recruiting representatives Assist with expanding our recruiting efforts with underrepresented groups and contribute ideas around diversity, equity, and inclusion Assist the HR team with various administrative duties and special projects as needed Qualifications College degree and 2+ years of relevant HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Familiarity with HR laws, regulations, and recruiting practices Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to collaborate and influence Ability to manage priorities and workflow Creativity and flexibility Motivation to be an innovator, offering ideas to streamline and improve our existing programs and processes Commitment to excellence and strong attention to detail Experience with applicant tracking systems (preferably Lever) Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Teams and SharePoint are a plus)
