What You Will Be Doing The Recruiter Coordinator is responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates to fill open positions to meet company's workforce goals.
Essential Job Functions: • Review candidates resumes and maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) daily
• Schedule interviews for all incoming candidates
• Maintain positive candidate experience including bringing candidates to and from interview
rooms/meetings in-person and virtual
• Coordinate with hiring managers for all interviews
• Support recruiter and the HR team by inputting data into ATS
• Aid recruiting team with sourcing top talent from various recruiting methods
• Assist in creating status update reports for hiring managers
• Provide consistent and reliable feedback to candidates and internal customers
• Perform administrative duties as needed to support the HR team
• Work closely with other People Operations team members to constantly refine hiring process
Required Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent, required. College Degree preferred
• 1-4 years professional work experience
• 2+ years' experience working in a "start-up" or small organization providing talent acquisition support preferred
• Experience in engineering, technology, and/or construction organizations preferred
• Must be able to work in a fast past environment, adaptable, and able to pivot on projects for business needs. High energy, driven, articulate and friendly personality with a customer service mindset.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their own work efficiently.
• Microsoft Outlook skills and proficient with calendar tools i.e. Outlook
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and detail oriented.
• Must be a strong communicator when engaging top talent, collaborating within the organization and partnering with hiring managers to build their teams.
