About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team in this full-time, temporary role (6-12 months). This role is responsible for managing a seamless recruiting process and ensuring an excellent candidate experience from start to finish. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a vital role in scheduling, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and assisting with hiring logistics. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and excited about enhancing each step of the candidate journey.
\n ResponsibilitiesInterview Scheduling & Coordination: Manage and schedule interviews with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and interviewers.Candidate Communication: Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.Process Optimization: Use tools like GoodTime to improve scheduling efficiency and help refine interview processes.Interview Materials & Organization: Prepare and maintain interview templates, and manage logistics for virtual and in-person interviews, including travel arrangements as needed.ATS Maintenance: Keep candidate data up to date in our ATS (Lever) to ensure seamless operations and accurate reporting.Reporting & Analytics: Track key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate feedback, and use insights to enhance our recruitment strategy.Resource Management: Develop and organize templates for candidate emails, interview guides, and other communication materials, ensuring alignment with Hinge's tone and brand. What We're Looking ForExperience: 1+ years in a recruiting or HR coordination role, ideally in a high-volume hiring environment.Technical Skills: Proficiency with ATS software, scheduling tools, and Google Suite. Experience with Lever and/or GoodTime is a plus.Organization & Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and a focus on accuracy in fast-paced settings.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions.Adaptability: Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt quickly to changing needs and timelines.Preferred: Experience working with remote teams and familiarity with virtual interview coordination.
\n$35 - $45 an hour
Factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence the base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York City. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state) if authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
