Description
STR is seeking a Recruiting Manager to fill open positions across a company of nearly 600 employees. The Recruiting Manager will work actively with the Owner, President of the Property Management Company, Director of Recruiting and management staff at each apartment community. The position will be based full-time at the home office in Memphis, TN.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
Work with company team members to identify any unique criteria needed to fill open positions, including new acquisition properties.
Post open positions on various job boards and screen potential candidates.
Schedule, confirm and communicate candidate interviews throughout the interview process.
Use internal ATS platforms to track candidate progression.
Collect all needed pre-hire application and authorization documents from potential candidates.
Complete credit, criminal, drug, employee testing and reference screening for final applicants.
Work with management team to generate an offer letter for final applicant.
Ensure all pre-employment requirements are met and a start date is set.
Send new team members the payroll app, company benefits and uniform information.
Maintain good communication with active candidates, new team members and hiring managers throughout the interview and onboarding process.
Some travel may be required to meet and evaluate team members of new acquisition properties.
Other recruiting-related tasks, as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Individual will possess a college degree.
Individual will possess a minimum of one (1) years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter.
Individual will possess strong customer service skills and proven results over the telephone.
Individual will possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Individual will be able to handle multiple tasks and projects at one time.
Individual will possess excellent organizational skills.
Individual will possess proficient computer skills.
