As a Recruiting Lead at Inkitt, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our team during a period of rapid expansion. This player/coach position requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a hyper-growth environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams. You will lead recruitment strategies while also directly engaging in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
What You'll Do:Hands-On Recruiting: Actively participate in the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for key roles.Process Improvement: Implement data-driven approaches to measure recruitment success and identify areas for improvement.Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and build a talent pipeline that supports our expansion plans.Team Development: Provide guidance on best practices and innovative recruitment techniques.Brand Ambassadorship: Enhance Inkitt's employer brand by developing and executing initiatives that attract top talent.Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure alignment between recruitment efforts and departmental goals. Provide strategic input on role requirements and market trends.What You'll Bring:Proven track record in talent acquisition and technical recruitment on high-performing teams, ideally within startups and/or tech companies.6+ years of experience in high-growth startups as a senior-level recruiter; experience managing teams is a plus.Strong sourcing and interviewing skills with a deep understanding of best practices in recruitment.
