We are seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Assistant to join our Human Resources team.

Work with hiring managers to understand needs, candidate profiles and help create job descriptions Conduct initial interviews and candidate screening, manage the applicant tracking system, and coordinate the interview process Draft offer letters and employment agreements Manage candidate paperwork through the digital system including checking i9s, initial background checks and drug screenings per applicable State law, employment verifications etc.
Upload new hires accurately into HRIS (Paylocity) Develop effective recruiting strategies using social media and networking Represent ARDEX at local career fairs and engage with high schools and colleges Ensure recruiting processes meet legal standards, manage employment checks, and maintain accurate records Prepare orientation and training schedules for new hires.
Conduct orientations Maintain recruitment reporting such as time to fill, headcount, open positions, referral program etc.
Support Talent Acquisition and Development Manager with employee development programs, including Global initiatives Experience and Skills Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience Some HR experience is preferred Experience with HRIS systems required; experience with ATS is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proven ability to manage multiple priorities Basic knowledge of employment laws is helpful Excellent interpersonal and communication skills High ethical standards and confidentiality Proficiency in MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Education Minimum high school diploma and relevant work experience is essential Job Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) 11 Paid Holidays 401K match Vision, Medical (starting 1st day of the month after hire), Dental Wellness Initiatives, Employee Assistance Program Tuition Assistance program Discounted gym memberships Flexible work initiatives Pet insurance & more!
