We are seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Assistant to join our Human Resources team.

Our corporate campus, located 20 minutes North of Pittsburgh International Airport, is a serene escape nestled amidst the tranquil beauty of Raccoon Creek, with the convenience of free parking.
This is a full-time position, but candidates seeking a reduced full-time position with full benefits, are also invited to apply.
Work with hiring managers to understand needs, candidate profiles and help create job descriptionsConduct initial interviews and candidate screening, manage the applicant tracking system, and coordinate the interview processDraft offer letters and employment agreementsManage candidate paperwork through the digital system including checking i9s, initial background checks and drug screenings per applicable State law, employment verifications etc.
Upload new hires accurately into HRIS (Paylocity)Develop effective recruiting strategies using social media and networkingRepresent ARDEX at local career fairs and engage with high schools and collegesEnsure recruiting processes meet legal standards, manage employment checks, and maintain accurate recordsPrepare orientation and training schedules for new hires.
Conduct orientationsMaintain recruitment reporting such as time to fill, headcount, open positions, referral program etc.Support Talent Acquisition and Development Manager with employee development programs, including Global initiatives Experience and Skills Minimum 1 year of recruitment experienceSome HR experience is preferredExperience with HRIS systems required; experience with ATS is a plusStrong attention to detail and accuracyProven ability to manage multiple prioritiesBasic knowledge of employment laws is helpfulExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHigh ethical standards and confidentialityProficiency in MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Education Minimum high school diploma and relevant work experience is essential Job Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO)11 Paid Holidays401K matchVision, Medical (starting 1st day of the month after hire), DentalWellness Initiatives, Employee Assistance ProgramTuition Assistance programDiscounted gym membershipsFlexible work initiativesPet insurance & more!
