We are seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Assistant to join our Human Resources team.

Work with hiring managers to understand needs, candidate profiles and help create job descriptionsConduct initial interviews and candidate screening, manage the applicant tracking system, and coordinate the interview processDraft offer letters and employment agreementsManage candidate paperwork through the digital system including checking i9s, initial background checks and drug screenings per applicable State law, employment verifications etc.
Upload new hires accurately into HRIS (Paylocity)Develop effective recruiting strategies using social media and networkingRepresent ARDEX at local career fairs and engage with high schools and collegesEnsure recruiting processes meet legal standards, manage employment checks, and maintain accurate recordsPrepare orientation and training schedules for new hires.
