The Recruitment Coordinator/Candidate Experience Specialist will play a critical role in the successful execution of the overall recruitment and hiring process.
This role, in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team, will support our full-cycle recruitment process, specifically focused on facilitating job requisitions, scheduling interviews and travel, managing background checks, onboarding new hires, improving processes and other duties and projects as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following, but are not limited to: Interview scheduling, offer generation and post-offer follow up activities.Assist in the processing of new hire documentsEnsure compliance and appropriate record keeping for all hiring activityPerform various highly complex administrative and tactical duties where considerable judgment and initiative is required in resolving human resources related tasksPrepare and coordinate materials for various staffing projectsSubmit invoices, expense statements, check requests as appropriate to Accounts Payable and track and file all recruiting expensesAssist HR associates and candidates with questions regarding the applicant tracking systemWork with outside vendors in setting up services/resolving issuesHandle ad-hoc activities from hiring managers regarding the recruitment process Job Requirements: Required: Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of related experience in lieu of degreeProficient using MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Preferred Skills: 1+ years of administrative/support experience.Human Resources/Staffing experience preferred.Experience using Workday highly preferredAbility to effectively collaborate in a dynamic environmentAttention to detail with the ability to multi taskAbility to demonstrate a high degree of integrity and maintain confidentialityThe preferred candidate should live within a reasonable commuting distance to Brea, CA as this position will be based on-site at our HQ.

Target Market Salary Range:

The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
$26.60 - $40.00 per hour
