Who are you? As a Recruitment Marketing Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting HireClix clients with recruitment advertising efforts. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks including posting job ads, setting up advertising campaigns, researching new advertising opportunities, conducting market and competitor research, and supporting our clients through our customer resource platform. We are seeking someone who is self-motivated, flexible, and a multitasker who stays focused on accuracy.
This is a full-time role based at our headquarters in Gloucester, MA. Candidates must be able to commute to the office 5 days a week to start, with the opportunity for hybrid arrangements in the future.
What it takes to get the job done: Client Support: Provide professional customer service when supporting our clients and vendors through email, video calls, phone calls, and in-person.Job Ads: Post job ads and run marketing campaigns across platforms like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, social media, and more.Paperwork and Contracts: Draft and execute HireClix and vendor contract paperwork with meticulous attention to detail.Market Research: Conduct market and competitor research to develop effective marketing strategies.Reporting and Presentation: Prepare and analyze marketing reports using our HireClix Advanced Analytics Dashboard and present to clients.
