Position Overview As a Regional Account & Sales Director at Zentro, you will play a pivotal role in both account management and new sales initiatives. This dual-role position includes maintaining relationships with existing property clients while driving new sales in the retail, property management, and commercial markets. Responsibilities Account Management (50%)Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current property managers and owners, acting as a trusted advisor for their telecommunication and entertainment needs.Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary contact for resolving service-related requests, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.Contract Renewals: Identify opportunities for contract renewals and collaborate with the sales team to maximize retention and revenue.Property Visits: Conduct regular site visits to assess service quality, collect feedback, and strengthen partnerships.Communication: Keep clients informed about updates, promotions, and new services relevant to their properties.Reporting: Generate reports on engagement, issue resolution, and contract renewals for strategic planning.New Sales (50%)Retail ROE Acquisition: Identify and onboard new property management partners to gain access to buildings for marketing and selling Zentro internet subscriptions.Commercial Sales Solicitation: Identify potential business internet customers within Zentro's portfolio of in-market buildings.Lead Generation: Collect contact information for prospects and pass leads to Sales Management for follow-up and closure.Sales Growth: Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on goals and execution of growth strategies. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in account management and/or sales, preferably in telecommunications or property management.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.Exceptional problem-solving skills and professionalism in handling challenging situations.Willingness to travel within the region.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
