We are currently looking for a Regional Business Application Manager to support and develop regional business applications.This Business Application Manager will report to the Group IT Director, and they will be responsible for reviewing the existing technology landscape with a view of consolidating the global ERP Systems. The role will be based remotely in the US, however for candidates to be considered they must be based in the Eastern time zone.Key functions for this Business Application Manager position are as follows:Develop technical specifications for ERP System enhancements and integrations to other business applications. Automate and enhance business process, with the focus of on manufacturing and warehousing. Provide application support ensuring business operations both technical and functional Optimize data flows Help track / resolve issues and improve the overall system both technical and functional Project management for successful delivery Oversight of supplier to make sure the solutions are monitored, maintained and a secure ecosystem operability 24/7 Manage external technical and functional resources as needed Collaborate, manage, and lead meetings with Business users and stakeholders to ensure the best utilization and functional requirements are being met Manage daily workflow within the departments by establishing operating procedures and policies and prioritizing, distributing, and monitoring. Ability to architect solutions on a technical and functional level that will deliver high-quality results, meet business needs, and utilize the features and functions correctly and effectively Responsible for SLA compliance Responsible for all business applications including enhancements, reporting, licensing, and life cycle management. Be the regional first contact for employees concerning IT and applications. Essential requirements are:5+ years' experience as a Business Application Lead Excellent ERP skills from functional, processes, and data management, within a Manufacturing or Engineering Company Very good skills in working with Microsoft 365 Tools and Applications e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive and others 3+ years' experience in Data Analysis & Visualisation The successful candidate must be based in the EST time zone.
