We're actively expanding our West Coast team at Flash and looking for a Regional Business Director to drive strategic growth and oversee the success of our regional business operations in the Pacific Northwest. As a Regional Business Director, you'll focus on scaling partnerships, optimizing performance, and guiding a team to deliver results. This role is centered on strategy, relationship-building, and operational excellence. If you're a visionary leader with expertise in driving growth and managing regional operations, this role is for you.
\n What You'll Do:Lead the strategy and execution for regional growth, fostering partnerships, and identifying new opportunities to expand Flash's footprint in the parking technology space.Collaborate with internal teams to support the sales process, ensuring alignment with regional goals and company objectives.Develop and implement strategic business plans tailored to the unique dynamics of your region.Oversee the performance of regional sales and operational teams, driving results while optimizing profitability.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to provide actionable insights for regional growth.Act as a liaison between regional teams and corporate leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment of priorities.Represent Flash at trade shows and industry events, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and promoting our innovative solutions.Manage reporting processes, including performance analysis, forecasting, and project updates, to ensure transparency and accountability. What You Have:Demonstrated ability to prioritize, balance, and self-manage multiple concurrent projects and activities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Performance mindset - outstanding execution, problem solving, resourcefulness, and creativity.Proven track record of building strong working relationships (internally and externally) and collaborating across all levels and functions of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.A passion for using data to drive your, and the company's, success.Technical proficiency and comfort in Salesforce (or similar CRM), MS and Google products.Polished communication and presentation abilities.Attention to detail, commitment to quality, customer focused - non-negotiable.Extensive parking technology and operators' experience is a must. Qualifications:At least 10+ years' experience in operations management, executive leadership or strategic sales.College Educated or a Military Background. Strong Communications skills.
\n$160,000 - $180,000 a year
Salary will be determined based on candidate's skills and experience level.
