The Opportunity:
This role has the unique opportunity to support the Heroes who actively serve the children and young people in our communities by improving their overall health and well-being.
You will be responsible for the following: Provide training, coaching, and support to improve patient management, efficiency and personal time management of clinical teammates Work to meet teammates' training needs to enhance customer service and problem-solving skills Work alongside Office Managers and Regional Director of Operations to create clinical action plans for areas in need of improvement Will need to attend monthly/quarterly meetings to help drive performance, consistency within compliance and standard operating procedures.
Quarterly Inventory Check as well as approval process of all dental orders placed through our vendors.
Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment.
Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).
You will be required to possess the following: At least one year of leadership or training in dental capacity Familiar with modern training methods (classroom training, e-learning, workshops, etc.)
Bachelor's degree or advanced training preferred Strong interpersonal skills and the desire for professional growth.
