The Regional Dental Hygiene Support Specialist will provide clinical support to the region and will work under the direction of the Regional Hygiene Director. This position will have a large focus on supporting hygiene recruitment in addition to providing the practices clinical support, including onboarding and development of new hygienists.

Lead livemeetings, conference calls, and webinars. Work with the Learning &Development team to develop training materials and resources.Support hygiene recruiting responsibilities as assigned. Some overnightand weekend travel will be required and could be as frequent asquarterly.Provide clear expectations for dental hygiene coaching andaccountability. Identify opportunities and help develop action plans.Coach and guide surrounding communication of best practices forinteraction with patients utilizing the MVP Patient Experience principles.Introduce and support reliable best practices to grow each hygienedepartment and practice. Assist in implementing recommended meetingcadence and scalable processes and systems.Maintain a working knowledge of company compliance programs,industry trends, technology and equipment.QUALIFICATION: Associate or Bachelor Degree (Preferred)Licensed Hygienists RDH or LDH, Local Anesthesia licenseKY and IN licensed- or willing to get licensed in both states (Preferred)5 year of dental experienceGoogle Suites, Excel and Video Conferencing (Preferred)Any offer of employment is contingent upon the Company's determination that the candidate has successfully passed a background check, including a drug screen.
