We have an opening for a Regional Digital Strategist to work with our teams in the State College and Lewistown PA markets. As the ideal candidate for this position, you will work alongside the sales teams to identify targets, conduct client need analysis, and present and close business. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and excel at working on a team. Regional travel is required.
Responsibilities Work alongside 7MM management to maximize opportunities and grow revenue in the marketsProspecting of possible digital clientsKeep sales tracking information and revenue projections in the company CRM systemConduct client need analyses and develop marketing and advertising strategies with clients across 7MM properties and productsWork with Account Executives (AEs) and their clients to conceptualize ideas for campaignsDevelop and sell cross-platform advertising campaignsMaintain successful client relationshipsClose and service businessTrain and assist AEs with all aspects of digital campaigns and deploymentsComplete campaign tasks as needed in the digital partner portalBuild campaign proposals and assist AEs with client presentationsCommunicate, develop, and present creative concepts for clients with AEsOversee campaign launch, assist with the creative process, gather needed collateral information from clients, such as logos, images, keyword lists, geo-fence locations, zip code lists, etc.Present monthly reports, metrics, and analytics to clients. Analyze data on monthly reports and make recommendations to optimize client campaignsProvide updates to the AEs and clients as needed regarding campaignsDirect report to the Director of Integrated Marketing and Digital as well as the 7MM Market Manager and Corporate leadership.Qualifications Experience in media sales, traditional or new mediaTeam player who will celebrate wins every dayStrong prospecting, presenting, and closing skillsKnowledge of traditional and digital media and its competitive landscapeTechnically advanced with experience in using online tools such as Google Suite, Trello, CRM systems, and remote presentation skillsUnbeatable communication skills, both oral and writtenAttention to detail and able to adhere to and follow detailed processes for launching, servicing, and tracking campaignsApproach solutions to complex challenges with an analytical and creative mindsetPositive client-facing attitude for troubleshooting and timely resolutionMust be highly organized and able to handle several projects at one timeRegional travel is requiredHiring Organization Employment Type: Full-time
