Responsible for leading the region's health services and respective clinical leaders. manages, supervises, coordinates, evaluates, and develops client care teams to ensure quality care delivery and appropriate case management within the Company's scope of services and policies; state, federal, and local laws; and Nurse Practice Act. The Regional Director of Clinical Operations shall be available at all times during operating hours and participate in all activities relevant to the professional clinical services furnished, including the development of qualifications and the assignment of personnel. The RD may be required to travel to assigned outlying regions and client sites. We are seeking an experienced business-minded regional director who enjoys a dynamic environment in which to practice and direct an established team of caregivers, nurses, case managers, and senior case managers.
Responsible for management and operations of the office, including monitoring and improving the quality and appropriateness of all caregiver services.
Meeting clients' needs while ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations.
Excellent partnership and support from the corporate office and the opportunity to grow and expand the local market presence.

Partner and collaborate with recruiting and staffing departments in ensuring the hiring and scheduling of personnel within their scope of practice and competency, to meet client needs and complexity of home care.
Position Requirements: Graduate of a state-approved school of professional registered nursing
Current unblemished and unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
Minimum of five (5) years nursing experience including in-home healthcare
Minimum of three (3) years of management experience preferred
One to two (1-2) years RN Case Management experience preferred.
Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and leadership skills, and strong business acumen.
Demonstrates organizational, facilitative and assertiveness skills, flexibility and the ability to work effectively in teams.
Strong analytical skills and ability to summarize and present data and statistics.

The typical base pay range for this role is USD $85,500 - $127,900 per year.Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, skills and other market-based factors.
