About the Role  This is a unique opportunity for the Regional Director of Physician Practice Operations to play a key role at Remo Health implementing innovative clinical operational practices that will drive exceptional care for patients and their caregivers (dyads) in our telehealth practice. The Regional Director will partner with the Medical Director and clinical team to create an optimal practice environment and drive operational excellence  providing the highest quality of care for our dyads, achieving key performance metrics, and delivering on our mission to redefine the standard of dementia care. 
What You'll Be Doing Practice Operations:  Oversees and ensures seamless and efficient daily telehealth clinical operations including scheduling, registration, insurance verification, clinical service delivery, dyad satisfaction, external referrals, coordination with community resources, workforce management and technology implementation.  
Identifies, makes recommendations, and implements efficiencies to ensure the highest quality of clinical operations.  
Identifies and develops new initiatives and opportunities consistent with the Remo mission and strategic direction. 
Initiates and develops policies, procedures and training to support the overall practice.  
Analyzes practice performance using data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.  
Develops and implements scalable processes to ensure efficient workflows and an exceptional dyad experience.  
Promotes a collaborative environment through effective communication and dialogue with providers and staff through daily huddles, regularly scheduled staff meetings, or other means of communication.
Analyzes data with leadership, using data to work collaboratively with providers, other team members, patients and vendors to continually enhance performance, positively affecting clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Develops, supports and actively manages key vendor and partner relationships including contracted services and community partners.  
Team Leadership and Support:  Supports regional practice operations including hiring, training, and performance management.
Analyzes workforce needs, develops staffing plans, conducts capacity planning, and optimizes scheduling to ensure efficient resource utilization.   
Supports cross-functional work and initiatives across Remo to drive collaboration leading to excellence in all that we do.  
Supports and implements operational and strategic planning activities including research, analytical modeling and project management.  
Regulatory and Compliance  Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations across practice states.
Aligns billing practices and operational practice workflows to achieve compliant practice.  
Analyzes and researches regulatory requirements as needed and works with General Counsel to establish new practices that meet regulatory requirements.  
Ensures that practice operations and team members are knowledgeable of and in compliance with applicable regulatory, licensing, accrediting agency standards and applicable state and federal laws, as well as policies and procedures.  
Financial Manage and monitor practice budgets, identifying opportunities for cost containment and revenue enhancement.
Analyze financial data to track performance, inform decision-making, and contribute to the financial goals of the practice.
Implement strategies to optimize billing processes and improve revenue cycle management.
You May Be a Good Fit If You HavePhysician practice management experience (minimum of 5 years)
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field.
Digital Health Operations experience.
Experience Managing and setting up a Virtual Telehealth practice from start to finish.
Experience in a value based care environment. 
Experience launching new practice locations in new markets.
A proven track record of successfully launching and managing the clinical operations of multiple medical practices.
Deep experience working with medical directors, clinicians, and support staff.  
Experience managing a medical practice. (day to day ops)
Revenue Cycle and Financial Management experience.
Experience using technology to augment and improve the experience for our dyads and the clinical team.

Start Up Experience .
A Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field.
How This Is Different from Other Clinical JobsThis job is 100% remote, providing schedule flexibility.
There is no requirement for inpatient time or call.
You will have a strong voice in how we do things. Unlike the typical experience of feeling like a peg in a hospital machine, you have agency at Remo. If the EMR could be improved, we want to know. If you think a particular type of patient needs a service we are not yet providing, we want to know.
