What You Will Do:
As the Regional Growth Director (AZ, HI, NV), you'll play a crucial role in supporting our ongoing growth, productivity, and culture.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading our growth strategies in new and existing regional markets
Supporting our brokers and assisting agents, teams, and mega teams with their transition to our company
Acting as an ambassador and liaison for all agents and sponsors
Collaborating with senior leadership to develop attraction strategies and refine procedures for building culture and agent attraction
Increasing agent engagement with the company and our cloud environment through live events and regional support
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Active real estate license in AZ, HI, or NV with 5+ years of leadership experience in the industry
Success in managing and motivating remote teams
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to drive results and make quick decisions with good judgment
Willingness to travel as needed

Compensation:
The total base pay for this position starts at $120,000/year in our lowest geographic cost of living market, up to $150,000/year in our highest geographic cost of living market, and is dependent upon factors such as location, experience, skills, and training.
