Responsibilities
• Provide support to Director, VP, and/or Senior VP of Sales and assigned Firms• Spending time outside the office working face to face with producers• Assist in producing needs analysis, sales proposals, and sales illustrations• Coordinate marketing seminars and maintain sales database• Possess clear understanding of wire house firms and their requirements• Help Advisors identify sales opportunities and give direction and assistance in selling life insurance• Communicate effectively with Advisors and clients• Coordinate and present at training sessions and key meetings• Interface with support staff for completion and placement of life insurance• Develop complete understanding of the underwriting process
Requirements
• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills• Ability to provide excellent customer service• Effective time management and prioritization skills• Capable of working independently or in a team environment• Experience with PC's in a Windows environment• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office• Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work-related experience• Must possess appropriate FINRA registrations• Active Life, Health & Accident license• Minimum three years of direct life insurance selling experience or five years of inside sales experience in the field• Proven experience and ability to explain various life insurance concepts to a financial advisor• Preferred advanced designations and industry credentials
