The Role: In this role, you will play a key part in driving the success of Hallcon's clients through the management of our On-Demand Shuttle services. This role is responsible for the daily coordination of field operational issues to ensure safe and timely transportation service to our customers.
Responsibilities: Supports company's safety goals, including but not limited to audits, staffing, training, vehicle maintenance.Ensure all locations are adequately staffed for maximum van utilization and customer service.Hire and train new employees.Conduct Corrective Actions meetings with drivers.Supervise all Site Supervisors, Yard Coordinators, Road Coordinators and Drivers.Maintain job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining local supervisors; monitor performance results.Ensure vehicles are clean and maintained in accordance with the company policies.Coordinate the repair of a vehicle with input from the Fleet Department based on cost and service issues.Qualifications: Requires a High School diploma or G.E.D.Minimum of two years management experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.Valid Driver's License with no more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years, no alcohol/drug related convictions within the last 3 years, no careless/reckless driving conviction with the last 3 years.Must be at least 21 years of age.We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, exceptional growth potential and stability, all within a casual and professional work environment.
