Job Summary
Ascend Staffing Regional Manager is an integral part of the Senior Management Team and reports to the Vice President of the Company. This role assumes the overall responsibility for the performance and financials of its region's locations and participates in weekly Senior Management meetings to review the performance and strategic focus of the Company. This Regional Manager will manage multiple offices in the states of Arizona and Nevada. The Regional Manager completes sales calls and client visits with Sales and Branch Managers and supports and represents its offices as needed with sales, business, customer service, and all operational functions. The Branch Manager of each location within the region reports to this position.

Essential Functions and Duties
Contribute effectively to the Company's strategic goals and purpose
Assist managers in creating office goals and setting clear expectations of performance based on the Company's overall sales and operational goals
Achieve Region-level sales and operational objectives
Build and maintain rapport with key clients
Assist Company in identifying opportunities for existing client growth and expansion
Oversee all new business development in the region
Identify prospect opportunities and assist in presentations
Maintain current knowledge of the region's and its clients' unique needs
Audit offices for compliance, operational excellence, and execution of the Company's service model
Support each location with the recruitment, selection, coaching, counseling, and termination of staff
Identify areas of improvement within the region through the review of key performance indicators
Enforce company policies and procedures
Monitor industry trends through publications, networks, and other educational resources
Serve as a liaison between offices and the Company's headquarters for support and implementation of region and Company objectives
Responsible for the management of profit and loss statements
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of three years of business-to-business outside sales experience
Experience in managing multiple office units with demonstrable results
Must be based in Phoenix, Arizona
Proactive leader with strong organization and follow-up skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Results-driven towards sales and operational excellence
Analytical and methodical when approaching challenges
Ability to partner with employees, set clear expectations, and hold them accountable to achieving results over several states
Ability to open and grow new offices from the ground up
Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks based on urgency
Staffing experience preferred
