To help us continue growing, we are moving into a new facility for locally manufacturing and assembling a number of critical parts in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing and Regional Sales Representative to support our marketing initiatives and drive sales in the southern US, focused on the Atlanta metropolitan region.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
This role requires excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of both marketing and sales principles.
This position will work closely with management team of SNA and Global Marketing of Sortimo International GmbH to develop and execute initiatives on a national level. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the regionIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities within the regionMonitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reportsExecute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, trade shows, etc.
)Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunitiesAssist in the creation of marketing materials, including content, advertisements, and promotional itemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding and a lean sales processProvide feedback on market trends and customer needs to the marketing and sales teamsStay updated on industry trends and competitor activities Qualifications Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a similar roleStrong understanding of marketing and sales principles and practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in marketing and sales software and tools, e.g.
CRM systems (SAP), Google Analytics, Hubspot and Microsoft 365Creative thinking and problem-solving abilitiesStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to travel within the region and to national trade shows as neededExperience in the US commercial fleet business and knowledge of the automotive or transportation industryFast learner of new tools and processesBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Benefits: Competitive salary and performance-based bonusesHealth insuranceRetirement savings plan with company matchOpportunities for professional development and career growthFlexible work environment
