What You'll DoManage a team of account executives each responsible for a specific geographical territory.Demonstrate a complete understanding of Endor Labs and the value to our customers.Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base.Collaborate with marketing, product development, and solutions engineering teams to ensure a unified approach to sales and customer service.Analyze sales data and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.Drive performance goals for the sales team and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to drive individual and team success.Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report on sales performance to executive leadership.What You Bring to the Table5+ years of sales management experience, predominately in AppSec / DevSecOps to Enterprise and larger mid-market accounts.An understanding of sales methodologies like: Challenger Selling, Solution Selling, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC.An understanding of Application Security / DevSecOps and the security challenges associated.Demonstrated over achievement in past roles as both an individual contributor and sales leader.A network of CISO's and Director level AppSec & DevSecOps leaders.History of strong sales performance and quota attainment.CompensationIn addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. For candidates who receive an offer for this position, the total compensation range is expected to be between $280,000-$360,000. This may include incentives/variable compensations such as commissions, stock options and/or bonuses, depending on the position. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.
