Join our New England Regional Sales Team at a company disrupting the parking industry! We are seeking dynamic a Regional Sales Manager ready to amplify the reach of the most extensive cloud-native parking technology solutions in the parking industry. As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM - Boston), you will be instrumental in increasing revenue in your territory by enhancing existing partnerships and cultivating new ones by offering a leading, comprehensive parking garage management system powered by advanced AI technology.

We are interested in candidates based in the Boston Metro area. Previous experience in the parking industry is required for this role.
\n What You Will Do:Identify, nurture, and procure new business relationships within your assigned regionAssume ownership of the entire sales cycle - identify, qualify, descope, negotiate, contract close, and hand off to the implementation teamDevelop and maintain customer interactions with the purpose of achieving consistent sales goalsTravel within territory to prospect new business and maintain existing relationships in addition to managing business through telephone and virtual meetingsAttend trade shows, proactively network, and showcase our platform solutions to prospective clientsMeet and exceed sales objectives and quotasComplete monthly reports detailing performance, forecasting and projects bookingsPrepare a weekly forecast and activity reports What You Bring:Demonstrated ability to prioritize, balance, and self-manage multiple concurrent projects and activitiesPerformance mindset with outstanding execution, problem-solving, resourcefulness, and creativityProven track record of building strong working relationships, both internally and externally, and collaborating across all levels and functions of the organizationA passion for using data to drive both your success and the company'sTechnical proficiency and comfort in using Salesforce (or similar CRM), MS, and Google productsPolished communication and presentation abilitiesAttention to detail, commitment to quality, and a customer-focused approach Qualifications:2 years parking sales/operations experience absolutely required Experience in business development preferredOutside sales experience selling market-disrupting technologies is a bonusCollege Educated or a Military BackgroundStrong communication skills
\n$100,000 - $120,000 a year
Base salary will be determined based on the candidate's skills and experience level.
Travel: Expect to be on site with customers 2-3 days/week in the Boston area.
