Regional Sales Manager

MasterMover Inc is a leading provider of innovative material handling solutions, including electric tugs and pushers, designed to help our customers move heavy loads safely and efficiently. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the assigned region.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, customer visits, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including distributors, dealers, and end-users.
Work closely with the product development team to identify customer needs and provide feedback on market trends.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Attend trade shows and industry events to promote MasterMover and its products.
Requirements:

Qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the material handling industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Ability to travel within the assigned region when required.
