Location: Remote must reside in Dallas, Texas
Salary: $100,000.00 per year + commission
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM.
Hours may vary depending on business needs.
Employment Logistics: You will be a driving force for generating new sales leads and revenue targets.
The Regional Sales Manager focuses purely on establishing new strategic business relationships with small to mid-sized retail E-Commerce enterprises within their specific defined geography.

In this role, you will own the entire sales cycle, from generating interest and presenting solutions to negotiating and closing contracts.
Success in this role relies on being focused on opportunity and quickly developing strategic relationships with clients to match their goals to the companies' solutions.
Unpacking the Benefits: Competitive individual and group benefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision insurancePaid Time Off including Holiday pay401(k) with company matchSafe and clean work environment The Must-Haves: Bachelor's Degree2 - 5+ years direct sales experience, with experience in the transportation/logistics field, preferably within the parcel/e-com space, and with a demonstrated track record of achievementA strong communicator, able to develop and conduct effective presentations with mid and senior-level executives that maximize the value delivered by company solutionsKnowledge the sales life cycle, from prospecting to close, and always looking forward to your next engagementAbility to work independently and entrepreneurially in a remote location (home office) or at the distribution facilitySome travel is required, but mostly within the defined territory Your Mission in Motion: Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures outlined in the Company Safety Program.Identify critical decision-makers and develop strategic relationships to drive revenue.Support Manager, Mid-Market Accounts through reporting, administrative and sales-related tasks to achieve maximum territory effectiveness.Manage daily account activities and deliverables in support of customer expectations and contractual requirements.Own the entire sales life cycle, from prospecting to closing, including contract negotiation.Develop and maintain a list of prospective customers to use as sales leads.Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings as needed.Utilize internal sales enablement tools and management processes.
Employ business development best practices developed through collaboration with peers and other internal teams.Responsible for business review preparation, presentation, and follow-through. Paving your way to your success: Ambitious, driven, and motivated to be successfulPossess a high level of system and product knowledge.Have a working knowledge of the customer base and operations software.Effective customer service, presentation, and phone skills.Oral and written communication proficiency is necessary to complete various tasks.Ability to communicate and interface with many people in person, on the phone, and at various organizational levels.Analytical, organizational, and planning skills are required.Ability to meet deadlines.Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages.Ability to operate with a high degree of confidentiality.
