Regional Sales Manager - Medical Laser Equipment Join us as a Regional Sales Manager in the dynamic field of medical laser equipment sales, focused specifically on enhancing aesthetics and medical treatment capabilities in Med Spas, Dermatology, and Plastic Surgery practices.
This role offers a substantial base salary complemented by an uncapped commission structure with the potential to earn $350k+ annually, with the top 12% achieving over $600k.
Based in the geographic locales of Long Island, Brooklyn, and Queens, this position demands a proactive approach to sales, high-volume cold-calling, and significant travel, involving 3 to 4 overnight stays weekly to drive and expand business operations.
Salary: $75,000 base salary per year, with uncapped commission potential
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Execute high-volume cold-calling and outreach to new potential clients to introduce and sell laser equipment.Develop and maintain relationships with Med Spas, Dermatologists, and Plastic Surgeons, understanding their needs and business operations.Navigate through the assigned territory to maximize business opportunities and reach sales targets.Conduct face-to-face meetings and demonstrations of the laser equipment to healthcare professionals.Prepare and deliver customized proposals and solutions that meet specific client needs.Manage all sales activities in CRM software to ensure all company sales processes are followed and sales data integrity is maintained.Provide ongoing support and service to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention while exploring upsell opportunities.Minimum Position Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years' sales experience, with a preference for backgrounds in medical devices or B2B sales.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Ability to undertake extensive regional travel including overnight stays (60% travel).Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.Preferred Qualifications: Solid sales acumen with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.Detailed knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly in dermatology and cosmetic surgery practices.Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and sales opportunities.Excellent negotiation and closing skills.Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and company objectives.Strong sales and customer relationship skills.Adaptability and flexibility in dealing with a rapidly changing business environment.Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Benefits: Uncapped commission with realistic earning potential upwards of $350k+ annually.Car allowance of $625/month plus compensation for gas and travel expenses.Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, dental, vision, and life insurance.Generous paid time off and company holidays.Opportunities for ongoing professional development and training.
