The Regional Sales Manager (Washington, Oregon) is responsible for achieving key sales objectives through the development and maintenance of a strong dealer network.
The position is responsible for managing the growth and development of the CFMOTO brand in a defined market area to increase brand awareness and market share.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintains and develops business with existing dealersResponsible for identifying, prioritizing open points and signing franchised dealers in accordance with the Company's strategic planManages assigned geography performance against agreed targets and budgets; develops quarterly and annual strategic business plan for achieving new dealer targetsBusiness Development – responsible for developing assigned geography to maximize sales targets and broaden CFMOTO footprint in geographyPartners with marketing team to benchmark business data and sales trends for dealerships and provides monthly recommendations to VP / Sales and Company Management to aid in execution of the strategic business planDevelops and maintains excellent working relationships with marketing team, service operations team and support functions; collaborates with Regional Sales Managers for implementation of best sales practices that support the CFMOTO business modelUnderstands and upholds state and federal laws and regulations applicable to the Powersports and Motorcycle industriesPlans, sets-up and participates in marketing shows, dealer shows, exhibits and displays as requiredManages administrative reporting and analysis required to track assigned geography performanceMethodically manage sales pipeline through CRMResponsible for operating within standard operating procedures and following Company Health & Safety guidelinesOther duties as required Qualifications Education & Experience Required 5+ years previous field sales experience in similar role including sales, account development and customer serviceProficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Valid driver's license, ability to drive independently and maintain a safe driving recordHigh level negotiation, business development and dispute resolution skillsAbility to pull an enclosed trailer with capacity to hold up to 2 demo units Education & Experience Preferred Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or similar7 - 10 years previous experience in similar role with a record of high volume sales to existing accounts and account developmentPrevious sales experience in the Powersports industryMotorcycle endorsement Other Information
