Willow Bridge is currently hiring for an experienced Regional Trainer of Property Management to oversee training of our Property Management team members.

Responsibilities:
The Regional Trainer is accountable for executing deployment of Property Management Training initiatives across their assigned region.
This position champions, communicates, and facilitates Property Management training programs, curricula and content that supports Willow Bridges business objectives.
The Regional Trainer uncovers and pro-actively shares learning & talent development needs and concerns with regional leaders, the Talent Management team and other business partners.
This role also focuses on diagnosis of training challenges and recommendations for future Property Management training solutions.

Key Accountabilities The primary purpose of this role is to facilitate assigned Willow Bridge Property Management training programs both virtually and in-person.
Partners, consults, and supports regional leaders to identify training needs and solutions that will increase associate effectiveness.
Leverages reporting to pro-actively monitor training engagement and completion for their assigned region and consistently provides input and metrics to Regional Leadership on overall training performance of properties.
Drives greater understanding and use of Willow Bridge training programs, tools, and resources to ensure consistency in language, models, and tools across the region.
Conducts necessary prep work to teach approved training programs and follows curriculum as outlined in each training program.
Recommends modifications, enhancements, or changes to training programs as needed.
Ensures successful execution of training classes that result in high-quality participant experiences, ongoing program sustainability, and cost-effective use of resources.
Coaches and influences regional leaders on effectively championing and using training tools and resources on teh job to create an effective learning experience for their associates.
Qualifications:
Role Requirements A minimum of 1 year of classroom training experience with demonstrated success facilitating both in-person and virtual training required.
Travel is required for this role.
The percentage of travel can be up to 50-75% at times within the assigned region to conduct necessary training activities as needed.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a classroom environment and facilitate pre-designed learning programs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated effective organization and time management practices.
Strong level of professionalism, presence, poise, persuasiveness.
Ability to gain an in-depth understanding and analyze key business drivers, strategy goals, and challenges to effectively support Willow Bridge Property Management training initiatives.
Demonstrated track record of establishing a high level of credibility quickly; appropriate confidence to gain the trust and respect of key stakeholders and leaders.
Ability to clearly identify and analyze a true training need while articulating the right training solutions to business partners.
Education & Certification Requirements Bachelors degree in any of the following areas preferred but not required: Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Business Management, Communications, or related field.
Training and Facilitation Certificate from ATD preferred, not required.
Associate or Certified Professional in Talent Development (APTD/CPTD) Certification preferred and/or highly encouraged but not required.

Typical base compensation range depending on experience: $60,000 to $70,000 per year USD
